"Tower House" was created by Laszlo Tar in 1996. This print is of an original watercolor painting and depicts a view of the tower house at Cold Spring Harbor in Huntington, New York. We don't know the exact history of this house, and indeed the artist came up with the name Tower House, but we do know that it had a third and upper section - that looked like a n old wooden water tank - which was removed by the new owners in the early 90's and never returned - much to the dismay of the residents of the town. The structure is certainly historic and a popular landmark in the historic whaling town of Cold Spring Harbor. Simply fantastic!
